NLP / Transformers

Developed a Transformer-based workflow on behalf of Employee Relations to classify potential code of conduct violation cases from incident descriptions in anonymous survey responses.
Case Likelihood

Machine Learning

Built a Multi-Modal Risk-Ranking Model (downstream to Comment Monitoring) to predict the likelihood of a Code of Conduct incident being further investigated. Uses incident description embeddings alongside historical features of subject and complainant.
Attrition

Data Visualization

Built a Tableau Dashboard to monitor and predict employee attrition rates with 1-month and 3-month forecasts at both cohort and individual levels.

Designed algorithms to assign Baseline Attendance Percentages and Delegate Cost Center Owners, inspired by general tree traversal across a manager hierarchy.
